Are you someone who has difficulty in visiting the Civic Offices, or would benefit from a home visit?

If you have:

• Recently had a bereavement
• A disability
• Learning difficulties or language barriers
• Young children under five years
• Just had a baby (first two months)

Or are:

• Of pensionable age

you fall within the home visit criteria, and we can visit you in your own home to help you with your claim for benefit.

This service is available to help you:

• Complete a new claim form
• Verify original documents
• Collect supporting documentary evidence
