Council Tenants
Each area or estate has one or two staff responsible for estate management issues. These staff are called Neighbourhood Housing Officers and you will need to contact them about the following enquiries:

By Telephone - 01793 445503
Telephone lines open 8am-8pm, Monday-Friday, and 9am-1pm on Saturdays. If he or she is not in the office when you call, then someone will answer and either take a message or help with your enquiry.

Appointments
You can call into the Council's One Stop Shop reception, on Princes Street/Beckhampton Street, and see a duty officer. Opening hours are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday 8am-6pm, Thursday: 8am-8pm; and Saturday: 9am-1pm. Alternatively you can make an appointment over the telephone for staff to visit you in your home.
