Scores on Doors - Food Hygiene Award
Based on national guidance and the Food Standards Agency Code of Practice, Swindon’s Food Team has developed a five-star award scheme. Most people are familiar with this concept.
This scheme benchmarks all premises against the same criteria: hygiene, structure and confidence in management.
