Computers in Libraries

Computers in Libraries

Computers are available free of charge to all library members, in most of Swindon's Libraries, for a maximum of 2 hours per day.

Non-members and visitors may use the computers, but there is a small charge - please see Fees and Charges for further details.

Booking a PC

Most computers can be booked up to one week in advance. A valid library membership number and password is required. See: Joining a Library

How to use the Netloan booking system

The computers offer the following services:

Users must abide by the Acceptable Use Policy when using the computers.

Floppy disks and headphones are sold in libraries and printing is charged for at reasonable rates. (See: Fees and Charges)

The computers have been Lottery funded by the New Opportunities Fund.
