Children's Fund - Play

Overview of Children’s Fund Projects

Community Play

Community play is an open access play session after school in designated areas, including sports, games, arts & crafts based to encourage children to play safely in their communities.

Life Skills/Social Skills Through Play

Life Education is a project for children aged 8-11yrs to help them develop independence and life skills through play. E.g. sports, team games, arts & crafts.

Playsmart

Playsmart is a project for children aged 5-9yrs to help children to learn how to work and play together through play

Change Zone

Change Zone is a project for young people experiencing difficulties in the transition from primary to secondary school.  Using one to one and group work methods incorporating sport, arts, and other play based activities to explore issues relevant to the young person/people.
