Want to renew your CitizenCard or contact CitizenCard direct?

Card Renewal

Your CitizenCard is valid for as long as you wish to use it.  It never expires after all your date of birth never changes.

However many cardholders, in particular children and teenagers, wish to renew their card because the photograph looks out of date.

Renewal to another age bracket costs £5.

Post your existing card with details of any changes (ie. new photograph) to ‘Renewals’ at the CitizenCard address below.

Telephone the CitizenCard card centre on 0870 900 9930 (between 9.00am and 5pm, Monday to Friday, inclusive)
