Making a Booking

Making a Booking

Provisional bookings of facilities at the Civic Offices and the presiding registrar can be made up to 24 months in advance of the chosen date for the ceremony. Formal notice of marriage cannot be given until 12 months before the ceremony takes place.

We strongly advise that contact is made with Swindon Register Office to ensure that they are available to conduct the ceremony on your chosen date. A preliminary booking of the rooms and facilities can be made and confirmed later when all details are completed with the Superintendent Registrar.
