Marlowe Avenue

Marlowe Avenue Regeneration

Swindon Borough Council has embarked on a fantastic project to transform Marlowe Avenue.

The plan will see the local area rejuvenated and new homes built. It is looking to revamp community facilities, wishing to create a fantastic place to live.

To assist us with this project, we are asking you to help us. Still currently at the initial stage of the project, we would welcome your views, comments and suggestions about this regeneration project. We'd like to know what facilities you would like to renew and what new facilities and housing, you would like for this area.

Public Meeting

A Public meeting about the regeneration of Marlowe Avenue was held on the 9th July. The feedback received was very positive on the proposals and plans on show and we are now moving forward to try and implement the proposed scheme.

If you wish to speak to someone regarding Marlowe Avenue, please contact Mark Walker on 01793 464605 or email: mwalker@swindon.gov.uk
