Burial and Cremation Records

The cemetery and crematorium service have records of burials and cremations for Council administered sites only. The records date back to 1881 at Radnor Street Cemetery, 1914 at Whitworth Road Cemetery and 1996 at Kingsdown Crematorium. If you are searching for a record of someone who died in Swindon or surrounding areas, we may well have a record of when and where they were either buried or cremated.
