Highway Projection

Licences are required for any display such as canopies, blinds, public house signs or CCTV equipment that may protrude or project (overhang) over a public highway. This is carried out on Section 177 of the Highways Act 1980.

A charge will be made for this licence to cover our reasonable costs.
