Online Licence Applications and Payments

Licensing Online

Swindon Borough Council has introduced a new, convenient service which enables you to download Licence Application Forms and to make payments for your licence or registration online. Follow the link to Licence List to select the licence type for which you wish to apply or pay.

Online Payments

The online payment service is secure and easy to use. We will take you step by step through each transaction. Where the processing of the licence is not limited by consultations or inspections, we will send the licence or confirmation to you by post within five full working days.

The pages for individual licence applications will give you full details of what you will need to have available. in general though, you will need the following:

Licence List

The following is a list of applications for which a licence may be required. When you click on a link for a particular licence type, you will be directed to a page that gives you some general information and guidance about the licence and will provide links to download an application form (with are in pdf format) and to pay for the licence online. If you have any difficulty in launching these links, please e-mail the Swindon Borough Council Licensing Team at licensing@swindon.gov.uk.
