Brunel 200 Events

Brunel’s Kingdom

Swindon Choral Society Brunel’s Kingdom is a new work commissioned by Swindon Choral Society. The work has been composed by Robin Nelson, the choir’s director with words by Alastair Service, a writer and historian living in Wiltshire and is in a modern but accessible style. The work features Swindon Choral Society, Ruskin School Choir, local soloists, including the tenor Matthew Beale as Isambard Brunel, and an orchestra.

When: Saturday 23 September, 7.30pm
Price: £10 (accompanied children under 15 free) from the Arts Centre, Information Centre and local music centres
