The person you care for may be required to make a contribution to the cost of care services.

Any charges are based on Swindon Adult Social Care's charging policy and are reviewed annually. A financial assessment will be completed by them.

Adult Social Care are also sometimes able to provide carers' support services through a special grant. When this is possible, there is no charge for you or the person you care for.

The social care or health practitioner working with you will be able to explain the services and possible charges in more detail.
