Forget-me-not Centre

This is a centre for people under 65 with dementia, run by the members to maintain their skills and provide support, enjoyment and socialising. The centre also provides a respite service for people under 65 with dementia. Support workers from Swindon Carers Centre stay with the person during late afternoons and evenings, and then the bed and breakfast facilities are provided in the main home next door.

*Self-referral, GP, Social Worker.

There is a charge for this service.
Transport can be provided.
