Connect Supported Employment Service is here to help you find and keep a job in Swindon. We could help if you:

• Have a learning or associated disability
• Are aged 18 to 60
• Are looking for work

How We Can Help

Connect’s Training for Employment Scheme lasts for up to one year. An Employment Co-ordinator will work with you all the time you are on the scheme. They will design a unique package of support that will meet your individual needs to prepare you for going to work.

Going to work for the first time can be stressful. With Connect you will have your own Employment Co-ordinator to support you each step of the way.

Soon you could be enjoying a real working routine, becoming more confident and independent. Best of all, you may be earning some money for your efforts!
