These are broken down into the three domains of the Framework for the Assessment of Children in Need and their Families.
The examples given under each of the levels of need are indicators of what might be considered at each level and are not prescriptive.
Where a child has one indicator in level 3, the child will not necessarily require an initial assessment.
Where a child has several of the indicators, the level of need may be greater.
