Art on Tour Goes Digital! 

In response to the Covid-19 crisis, we thought creatively about how best to continue the Art on Tour outreach project and have launched a new digital platform to bring our nationally significant art collection to people’s living rooms! This includes daily learning resources for families at home, and educational resources for schools.

To help combat worry, boredom and isolation, we share daily digital content so that people can explore and engage with the Swindon Collection of Modern British Art from the comfort of their own sofas!

 ‘Art on Tour At Home’ provides:

• daily Art Burst online learning resources to support families
• curated online galleries featuring the best of the Collection
• inspiring Art Snaps podcasts
• an art blog with news and interviews from the art world
• a daily art challenge for a dose of creative silliness!
• educational resources  for teachers and schools
• a series of ‘People’s Galleries’ to display at-home creations
