Roads and Highways Maintenance

Description of Service

Maintenance and damage repair (including potholes) to:

  • Roads and highways
  • Cycleways
  • Backways

Service Levels

Defects are inspected and generally prioritised according to the level of risk. Most repairs are carried out within six weeks. Where potholes are reported, we aim to effect remedial action or a repair within 24 hours.

You can report a problem to us in a number of ways:
