Sub-Division of property

All properties which are internally divided within the Borough must be registered with the Council for the purposes of Naming and Numbering. When completing the application form please include the existing address and postcode of the property.  The Council will contact Royal Mail for the issue of postcodes for new properties.  Royal Mail will not issue registered postal addresses direct to developers or owners of divided properties. Once the property has been registered the Council will undertake to notify the emergency services and statutory undertakers.
