Public Consultations

What's Happened So Far

In September 2004, Swindon Borough Council carried out an extensive Public Consultation exercise on the proposals for a 20 mph Zone within the Pinehurst area. This was followed by an exhibition on the 2nd November at Pinehurst Circle where the draft results of the consultation were displayed and reported.

A Public Meeting - Your Invitation

As a result of the large number of accidents, the high vehicle speeds and taking forward the comments received from the consultation, Swindon Borough Council invite you to a public meeting. The purpose of this meeting is to establish the final nature of any possible 20mph Zone in Pinehurst. Therefore if you have a view on this matter it is extremely important that you attend so we are aware of your thoughts.

The meeting details are:

Venue

The Pinehurst Peoples Centre
Beech Avenue
Pinehurst

Date and Time

Thursday, 14 April 2005 - From 7pm to 9pm.

Come to the meeting and have your say!

If you have any queries concerning this meeting, please contact Customer Services on 01793 463725.
