Car Park Equipment

Description of Service

Maintenance and repair of damaged, missing or vandalised:

  • Pay and display machines
  • Pay on foot machines
  • Entry and exit barriers

Service Levels

If equipment has been damaged in a way that makes it impossible to fix at the time, it is sometimes necessary to have it temporarily taken out-of-action, while a replacement item is ordered and supplied. As we use an external supplier for the provision of spare parts, we cannot be specific about the timescale for replacement or repair. We do, however, closely monitor all outstanding maintenance and repair work to ensure it is expedited as quickly as possible.

How to Report a Problem

You can report a problem to us in a number of ways:
