Body Balance - Level 2


A yoga-based stretch class that leaves you relaxed and refreshed. It combines the fundamental principles and practices of yoga and pilates, such as controlled breathing, concentration, flexibility and strength training to create an holistic workout that brings the body, mind and soul into a state of balance and harmony.
