Leisure Passport Terms and Conditions

Leisure passport terms and conditions

General

Racket sports are discounted at Swindoncard concession one prices. Please see individual sites Times and Prices leaflets for details.

Users of all facilities should behave in manner that does not compromise the safety of themselves or others, or compromise the enjoyment of others at any time. Access to facilities can be temporarily or permanently removed if management consider an individual to be in contravention of this condition.

Activities/programmes/facilities can be changed or withdrawn at any time without notice. Not all activities are available at every centre. Showers are not included and must be paid for at all sites.

Leisure passports are for the named cardholder only to access the activities offered.

Your leisure passport membership details will be held on our booking system with your SwindonCard information. New passport holders will be issued with a free SwindonCard if they do not have one. Existing SwindonCard holders joining the leisure passport scheme will use the cards they already have. There will be no refund or compensation for SwindonCards paid for before joining the leisure passport scheme.

Gym
Gym users must be 14+ years old and have completed a gym induction prior to using the facility. Gym inductions must be booked in advance.

Gym users must complete a Fit to Begin screening questionnaire prior to using the facility. Under 16’s must have this form countersigned by a parent/guardian on the gym premises.

Climbing Wall

Climbing Wall users must be competent climbers or be supervised by a competent climber.

Climbing wall users must complete a Climber Registration Form prior to using the wall for the first time.

Turkish Baths and Health Suite

Turkish Baths and sauna/steam room users must be 16+ years old.

Fitness Classes

Fitness class participants must be 14+ years old.

Body Pump, Body Attack, Body Step, Body Combat, Body Balance and RPM fitness class participants must be 16+ years old.
