Starting life as the railway workers' swimming pool and slipper baths, the health suite has developed in response to modern demand while retaining its unique period atmosphere.
The Turkish baths* consist of :
- Two steam rooms
- Spa pool
- Cold plunge pool
- Three inter-connecting hot rooms consisting of the tepidarium through to the caldarium and onto the hottest room, the sudatorium
- Large rest room
- Showers
A visit to our Turkish baths* is the ideal way to unwind both your body and mind, relieve stress, improve blood circulation and muscle tension whilst cleansing the skin.
*Please note that swim wear must be worn at all times (this includes single gender sessions). Towels are not provided in the Turkish baths.
