Non-card Holders

Bookings will be accepted six days in advance with full payment.

To qualify for the discounted price, SwindonCard holders must quote their card number at the time of booking and the holder must produce the card at reception prior to play to qualify for the discounted price. Should the person who booked fail to show at the time of play, the activity/facility will be charged at the non-card holder price.

Cancellations must be made two clear days in advance of activity. Defaults will be charged at the full non-card holder price.

For example, cancel by 9.15pm on Monday for an activity booked for anytime on Thursday.

Booking Times

Peak Times Weekdays after 4.30pm, weekends until 11.00am.

Off Peak Times Weekdays until 4.30pm, weekends after 11.00am.

Online Booking

You can now book sporting activities by using our e-bookings procedure. Simply follow the on-screen instructions and look out for the help button, which appears at every stage of the booking.

Please remember that you must have a current SwindonCard to book online. If you do not have a SwindonCard, you can book your activity online, however you will be charged the full Non SwindonCard rate and will need to pay at the time of booking by credit/debit card. Equipment Hire

Sports equipment is available for hire. A deposit is required for each item. Ask at main reception for details. A limited range of equipment is also available for sale.
