The Delta Tennis Centre is a premier indoor facility, lit to a high standard, allowing you to play in comfort, whatever the weather. Delta's facilities include additional outdoor courts giving players the best of both worlds. The Umpire's Chair bar and meeting room provides a welcome oasis for relaxation after the game, or you may choose to use the catering and vending services available.
The centre welcomes over 55,000 people a year of all ages and abilities. Opened in 1989 by the Princess of Wales the centre has proved a big success and raised the profile of the game to unprecedented heights in Swindon.
The Delta employs a dedicated team of coaches to run a varied program of courses throughout the year, as well as individual tennis lessons, all in the hope that we may get to see a Swindon based player at Wimbledon one day
As people do not require a membership to play at the centre, anyone can come and use the facility, whether it is trying tennis for the first time or you want to dust off your rusty racket and start playing again.

How to Find Us
The Delta Tennis Centre is situated on the Delta Business Park, off Great Western Way, Swindon.
By Car
From Junction 16 of the M4, take the dual-carriageway over two large roundabouts. The slip-road for the Delta Tennis centre is situated around 150 metres from the second roundabout (Welton Road - signposted 'Delta Business Park'). Once in the business park, take the second turning on the left and the Delta Tennis Centre is on the left-hand side. There is ample free parking, with the entrance at the back of the building.

By Bus
The no. 5 bus is the easiest route to take from the town centre. You will need to get off the bus at Mannington Lane and follow the path around the back of the Hotel Ibis.
By Rail
From Swindon railway station, it is a short distance to the bus station. Alternatively, there is a taxi rank outside the station itself.

Everybody 60 and over will be entitled to swim for free at published public swimming sessions at any of our pools. The scheme is part of a national campaign to promote swimming, general fitness, more active lifestyles and well-being.
