The Lagoon Pool
Under its distinctive dome, the Oasis leisure pool recreates a tropical environment where all the family can relax and enjoy a casual swim. The main pool has a gentle walk-in and a smaller pool for tots provides an elephant slide and interactive Pirate Ship exclusively for their use. Other features include the giant wave machine, the drenching water cannon, three hydro-slides, the 'Lagoon Falls' waterslide and the Domebusters.

The 'pirate ship' feature in the small pool (designed for toddlers to eight year old children) is an interactive feature where children can play, splash and slide. A fill and tip bucket, three small slides and various jets and spouts adds to the versatility of this designated area for small children.

As a guide, the Institute of Sport and Recreation Management (ISRM) advise babies should be six months plus, due to temperature and chlorination levels. Bank Holiday Opening

Small Pool Availability
During the school term, the small pool is closed to the public for junior swimming lessons 3.30pm-5.30pm each weekday.
Timed Sessions
During peak times, the Oasis runs a timed session system - each session being approximately an hour. |
Domebusters
Enclosed flumes with varying bends and drops.
The Sidewinder
A gentle, spiraling 'starter' flume ideal for younger children and parents. This flume can be ridden sitting, facing forward (with or without a child under 116cm in height), or head first on your front.
The Great White
A fast, head first only ride with two small vertical drops and several twists and turns. Our ultimate thrill ride.
The Storm
Our newest flume, smaller in circumference than the other flumes, allows you to plunge at high speed into the pool at the bottom and to see if you have the 'fastest ride of the day'. This flume must be ridden feet first, on your back with ankles together and arms folded across your chest.
Please Note: This flume has a striped lighting effect that can give the sensation of flashing lights. It may therefore not be suitable for anyone with photosensitive epilepsy.

Lagoon Falls
This is an open-topped slide 77 metres long. Unlike the existing Domebuster flumes, the new slide is all indoors.
