Moving Fitness Forward is our comprehensive fitness programme designed to provide all our customers with a varied and exciting choice of classes.

Multi-level teaching is applied to all classes to ensure that beginners through to advanced participants can attend any class and work at a level most suited to their present level of fitness.

Our classes are delivered weekly across seven centres by professionally qualified instructors.

Masters Classes

There is also a full programme of fitness classes and activities in our Masters section specifically aimed at the mature adult and those who require sessions tailored to meet their specific needs
