Facilities Available
Originally the railway workers' swimming pool and slipper baths, the Turkish baths and health suite has developed in response to modern demand while retaining its unique period atmosphere.
The Turkish baths consist of:
- Two steam rooms
- Spa pool
- Cold plunge pool
- Three inter-connecting hot rooms consisting of the tepidarium through to the caldarium and onto the hottest room, the sudatorium
- Large rest room
- Showers
The Turkish baths will improve both your body and mind, relieve stress, improve blood circulation and muscle tension whilst cleansing the skin.
Please note: Swim wear must be worn at all times (this includes single gender sessions). Towels are not provided in the Turkish baths.
