New consultation

We are undertaking a statutory consultation from Monday, 29 January 2024 for six weeks on an updated Statement of Community Involvement (SCI). This new SCI once adopted will replace the 2019 document set out below.

The currently adopted SCI sets out how we propose to involve the community and other stakeholders in the preparation of local planning policy documents and the consideration of planning applications.

This Statement of Community Involvement (SCI) was adopted on 11 February 2019 by Swindon Borough Council.
