The Garden Room
The Garden Room is our grand ceremony room, which features floral displays and holds 65 guests (plus the bride and groom or civil partners). The seating capacity of the room can be increased to 85 guests by using the adjoining Juno Room by request and upon payment of the appropriate fee.
The room overlooks the Civic Rose Garden and the happy couple will leave by way of French windows directly into the Rose Garden at the end of the ceremony.
There's a choice of ceremonies and readings, and music can be incorporated into the service. There is a complete sound system and infra-red system for the hard of hearing.
Music
We have recently updated our audio and visual equipment.
Our music system also allows couples to select tracks from an extensive library. If the track or version you would like is not available, we can ask for it to be sourced.
The ceremony
During your ceremony we have the ability to share some of your favourite moments through our screen. This can be a single photo or if preferred, a simple slideshow of 25 photos, or a music tribute, beautifully crafted with 25 photos and timed to a chosen piece of music.
Photography and video recording
We are able to offer a professionally live streamed ceremony, with Live & On Demand so you can share the secure link with others to watch as it’s happening, with the option to view online for a further 28 days. A downloadable file will also be available.
Additionally, you can purchase a ‘One-of-a-kind’ keepsake memento in DVD or USB format.
Celebratory certificates
For any of our Swindon approved premises and our own ceremony rooms, we offer celebratory certificates to commemorate your wedding. These have space for personal dedications if required.
You can order these at any time prior to your ceremony or when completing your Ceremony Choices form. They will be prepared in advance and available for signature and presentation at the end of your ceremony.
Photography area
A specially-designed attractive photography area has been set up within the gardens.
