If you think tenant involvement is all about joining a group and attending lots of meetings - then think again!

The Council is aiming to offer a range of opportunities to enable tenants to have their say about the Housing service - including be able to do so from the comfort of your own home!

In fact, there are over 20 different ways for tenants and leaseholders to tell the Council what they think of us as their landlord.

The Council, together with Swindon Tenants Voice (STV) and Tenants Association for Sheltered Housing (TASH), have produced a tenant participation agreement for 2006-2008. This will be reviewed in 2009.
