Appointments

When you first report a repair to us we aim to make an appointment for either a tradesman or building inspector to visit. The appointment will be for a mutually acceptable day.

We will send you an acknowledgement card to confirm the details, irrespective of the reporting method. Please be aware that the card could arrive after the appointment.

If you want to change or cancel the appointment please try to contact us at least 24 hours before it is due.

When an appointment is made, it is important that a responsible adult is available to allow our operative access.

If you are not in or the only person at home is a juvenile the operative may not be able to carry out his work and the job will be cancelled. The operative will leave a cancellation notice and you will be required to report the repair again if you still want it done.
