Repair and Improvement Programme 2008/09

The Housing Revenue Account Repairs and Improvement Budget of £10.2 million for 2008/09 has been approved.

The Forum, consisting of tenants and officers, developed a draft Property Repair and Improvement Programme for the next financial year, 2008/09.

The planned expenditure on repairs and improvement work has been prioritised and targeted towards maintaining the Decent Homes Standard for all our housing stock and working towards the higher standard known as the Swindon Standard by 2016.
