Mobile Home & Touring Caravan Sites

Swindon Borough Council is responsible for licensing, and enforcing standards at Touring Caravan & Mobile Home Sites in the borough.  There are currently no licenced Touring Sites within the Borough of Swindon.

At present there are four licensed Mobile Home sites:

  • Brook Meadow Caravan Park
    High Street

    Swindon

    61 Units

  • Abbey Wood Caravan Park

    Swindon

    41 Units

Advice for Mobile Home Occupiers

Although site licence conditions are the legal responsibility of the site owner, there are many things that occupiers can do to protect their's and their neighbours' health and safety. Residential Services have produced a leaflet which has been distributed to all occupiers outlining the key do's and don'ts. This is available as a downloadable pdf file:
