All known Houses in Multiple Occupation (HMOs) are inspected at least once every five years, with the actual inspection interval based on a risk assessment of the accommodation provided.
The Residential Services Team work closely with landlords to help raise standards. This can include taking enforcement action where necessary to protect the safety of tenants.
