The Swindon Housing Market Area Strategy is currently being developed. The current Housing Strategy and appendices runs from 2003-2008. The new Strategy will follow recently published Government Guidance (July 2008) and will also link into key local priorities contained within:

• Local Area Agreement
• Community Strategy
• Homelessness Strategy
• Supporting People Strategy
