A Guide for Council Tenants
The Tenants Handbook is for all tenants of Swindon Borough Council. It is an easy guide to the services that the Council provides and what any tenant of the Council can expect.
It is also a simple guide to the rights and responsibilities of both the tenant and the Council and also provides general advice and information.
The Tenants Handbook should be read in conjunction with the Tenancy Agreement.
