Guidance for Tenants - Former Tenant Arrears

Former tenant arrears are amounts of rent and other service charges that remain outstanding on a Council property when a tenant has left that property and is no longer a tenant of the Council.

If you have any former tenant arrears, these charges are still due to the council.  Arrangements can be made to clear these outstanding charges. If you wish to make an arrangement to pay or require any further information please contact us on 01793 463495.
