Customer Services - Improved Service

Customer Services - Improved Service graphic

When you visit our Customer Services Department at Wat Tyler House you will notice that we have made some changes to make your visit even better.

The new One Stop Shop

We have a queuing system that enables us to see how long you have to wait until you are served, as well as providing us with lots of information that will help us to improve our service to you.

When you enter the Customer Services area you will need to take a ticket relating to the type of service you require, such as:

  • Customer Services
  • Council Tax/Housing Benefit
  • Car Parking
  • Housing Enquiries

Swindon Direct, passionate about serviceThere is always a floor walker available to help you, so whether your visit is to make an enquiry, drop off some documents or to purchase some clear plastic bottle sacks, we shall be able to give you the assistance that you require.

You will notice some changes in the layout, so if you need to speak to one of the Customer Services Assistants to access any information or service, you can now do this comfortably and in a lot more privacy.

There are lots of improvements to be made in the way that you are able to access information from your Council and we are reviewing the format that this information is made available to you, so that we may continue to meet your needs and hopefully exceed your expectations.

Please continue to check our website to read of any changes or news.
