The Swindon Signpost directory focuses on the practical and emotional health and social care needs of people living in the Swindon area - especially older people, adults with a disability and their carers.

We hope it will prove to be a useful tool for helping point the way to sources of reliable, up-to-date and more detailed information.

The Swindon Signpost directory project is a joint initiative between Swindon Borough Council, Swindon NHS Primary Care Trust, Swindon and Marlborough NHS Trust, and Avon and Wiltshire Mental Health Partnership NHS Trust - developed in consultation with key user and carer groups in the Swindon area.

If you have any comments about the directory - its usefulness, content or accuracy - please let us know. Your detailed feedback will help us to judge its effectiveness and plan future improvements.
