Swindon Brunel 200 Logo

Swindon was host to a whole range of activities running throughout the year, to commemorate the achievements of the past and inspire the Brunels of the future.

We have left the links to the various events and activities on the right, as a record of what did go on during this celebratory period.

Brunel 200 Poems

Throughout the Swindon Brunel 200 celebrations, Izza-bard Swindon's very own Brunel Poet has created a vast array of poems with those attending and enjoying events. You can see many of these poems under the 200 poems project section of this website, or why not download the PDF of the Poetry, emotion book specially created to showcase the poems that have captured the essense of the Brunel celebrations.
