2009 is the sixth year of this event and, as in previous years, we will continue to ensure that enjoyment is once again our key theme. This event is "about the community and for the community".

We are delighted that Nationwide Building Society are continuing to support this event as our headline sponsor and the great news for all of our participants is that our other major sponsors, Lucozade and Highland Spring are back on board again this year.

Whether running competitively or just for fun why not raise money for charity at the same time!
