Music fans will still get the chance to see Example perform in Swindon after his gig was rescheduled for next spring.

The popular rapper was due to appear at the Oasis on Monday (12 December) but the concert was cancelled at the last minute after council staff were unable to plug a small leak in the roof which was dripping onto a major electricity supply.

Example, whose name arose from his initials being e.g. (Elliot Gleave), will now take to the Oasis stage on Sunday, 6 May 2012.

Tickets for the original gig will still be valid, but anyone who wants a refund should contact the agent they purchased the ticket from. Anyone wishing to find out more information can call 01793 465166.

Standing concert, under 14's must be accompanied by an adult
