Copies of Decision Notices, Vendor Consents, Appeal Decision Notices, Section 52 / 106 Agreements are available as follows:
Hard Copies - £12.60 each.
Electronic Copies – Free of Charge.
Plans for these are charged as extra. Prices are as follows:
A4 60p each
A3 £2.50 each
A2 £4.50 each
A1 £6.00 each
A0 £7.50 each
If your request relates to any of the documents above which exceed 3 years from the date hereof, it is anticipated that delivery of the original files to which the document(s) relate, could take up to 3 working days to obtain.
Where it takes longer than half and hour to search for files, microfiche, plans or decision notices, there will be a charge of £21.00 per hour.
Legal Agreement Enquiries (S52 & S106)
Requests for copies of S52 or S106 legal agreements (including Supplemental Deeds and Deeds of Variations) are charged as above.
Confirmation of compliance of legal agreements are charged at the following rates:
In the event the request refers to a block of flats or apartments, and more than one address is to be included within the request, then an additional charge of £10.00 willll be applied per flat or apartment.
In the event that your enquiry is of a complex nature and requires more than half an hour search time, there will be a charge of £49.00 per hour in addition to the charges as set out above.
We aim to deal with all enquiries within 5 working days from when payment is made.
