You can now make comments online on any planning appeal, follow the link to the appeals pages on the Planning Portal website

Appeal Online

The Planning Inspectorate have introduced an online appeals service which you can use to make your appeal online. You can find the service through the Appeals area of the Planning Portal - see www.planningportal.gov.uk/pcs. The Inspectorate will publish details of your appeal on the internet (on the Appeals area of the Planning Portal).

If you require a copy of an appeal decision letter please contact the Decision Letter Library on 0117 372 8759 or via e-mail at dl.libraryt@planning-inspectorate.gsi.gov.uk

If you were notified on the original planning application you will be informed by post if an appeal is subsequently withdrawn.
