In most cases we will aim to issue a decision notice is issued on the same day the application was signed off by the delegated officer.

We will send decision notices to the applicant's agent, unless there is no agent, in which case it will be sent directly to the applicant.

We aim to advise all interested parties, who have made representations, within seven working days from the date the decision is made.

Copies of decision notices can be ordered from the Customer Support Team on 01793 466283/466284 at a cost of £12.60 per decision.
