Useful Reading

PPG18 is Government guidance, issued in 1991, regarding the Enforcement Service. It contains procedural guidance for the Council to follow in a range of situations.

In addition to the national guidance mentioned above, the Local Government Association has also adopted its own Enforcement Concordat. This document outlines the Enforcement teams commitment to customer service, transparency and details of how to complain about the service.
