Determining Whether Building Regulations Approval is Required

Building Regulations Enquiry Website

The Building Regulations Enquiry website provides a range of information to help you to determine whether you will require Building Regulations approval.

When you enter the website you will be asked to identify the type of development you are proposing and will receive a self-assessment form confirming whether you will require Building Regulations Approval. The outcome of the self-assessment is determined on the answers you have provided. The information you provide will be recorded by Swindon Borough Council.
