Parachallenge 2009

Following the success of the Parachallenge 2008 we will be holding the Parachallenge again in 2009.
Swindon's first ever Parachallenge sports event took place.
Hosted at a Dorcan Recreation Complex the morning saw competitive events for adults with a disability take place.
Fun activities for all the family were the theme in the afternoon. A climbing wall, ability bike road show, penalty shootout, basketball drills and other sports were all available for everyone to try their hand at.
Several members from the Swindon Champions also took part.
Sports and activities will include:
- Football
(Powerchair & Ability Counts) - Boccia
- Swimming
- Wheelchair Tennis
- Ability bikes
